The Site is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the Site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy for Refundable Bookings:

Up to 15 days prior to arrival 25% will be charged
– Later than 15 days to check-in or no show 100% will be charged
– High Peak Period from 21st December till 8th January, all rate plans will be non-refundable
– No refunds for early checkout.
– All special promotions or offers are non refundable if cancelled or modified at any point of time
– For peak season from 21st December to 8th January full retention of the package cost is applicable at any time

Deposit Policy :

100% will be charged at the time of booking
– Cancellation Policy for Non Refundable Bookings : No refunds, no modifications
