There are times in life when you want to be in the midst of people, but be calm at the same time. Devasthali offers this unique option. A resort, set in the midst of nature and cut off from the hustle bustle of the city. We have been to Goa a number of times before and stayed near Candolim. But this was one helluva experience. The resort is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is not only courteous but more than willing to assist with anything you want. If anyone is fond of typical Goan cuisine – the chef can really spoil you. The rooms face a large number of coconut trees……which is a treat to the eyes. The resort has a small pool, but its fun being in there. We were in the pool for almost 3-4 hours everyday and played volleyball. The staff also arranged for a net, so that we could enjoy the game further. As I said earlier, the staff is super excellent. A must try option when you want to relax in Goa……..
